No. Our “Cold Process Foundations” course is designed for complete beginners and walks you through safety, measuring, and curing with step-by-step clarity.
What tools are required?
A digital scale, stick blender, heat-safe containers, thermometer, and silicone molds. We provide a printable checklist in beginner courses.
How long do courses take to complete?
Duration varies from 2–8 hours of instruction, plus practice time. Self-paced courses can be revisited at your convenience.
Are there live classes?
Yes. Selected courses are offered live with Q&A and instructor feedback. See the catalog filter “Format → Live.”
Can I get a refund?
If you are unsatisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days. We consider refunds or credits according to our Terms.
Is there a certificate?
We offer completion acknowledgments for selected courses. While not an accreditation, they document skills and time invested.
What about fragrances and safety?
We discuss common safety frameworks and conservative usage rates, along with patch-testing and label clarity. We do not make medical claims.
